Data Working Group
The Data Working Group (DAWG) is a staff team authorized by the organization to deal with accusations of copyright infringement, reverse engineering, general disputes and most of the legal issues. Minor incidents of legal issues should be dealt by the local community. The team can be reached at legal@ragyxo.com and data@bbjprojek.org.
Activities
DAWG members perform a variety of activities. Legal issues are often presented via email and then logged into OTRS, an open source issue tracking system used by the DAWG. Communication with users usually occurs through email or mail for a well communication as well as the opportunity for infringer to be aware of the situation and its importance, especially in cases of legal or copyright issues and infringements.
Cases related to reverse engineering, and private information transmission, usually requires special expertise, the DAWG may request special investigators, legal consultants, or PIs to conduct thorough investigations. These professionals gather evidence, analyze complex technical data, and provide expert testimony if necessary. In some instances, the DAWG might also collaborate with cybersecurity experts to address technical aspects of the case, ensuring a comprehensive approach to resolving issues
In addition to handling these specialized cases, the DAWG also monitors ongoing cases for compliance with legal standards and regulations. This monitoring process involves regular updates to the OTRS system, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded and accessible for future reference. The goal is to maintain transparency, uphold legal integrity, and ensure that all parties involved are fully informed throughout the process."
Copyright Infringements
Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, transmission, public performance, rental, or circumvention of copy protection are some examples of legal issues and infringements that are dealt by the DAWG.
The team often has to file complaints against certain teams, individual users, and other users who engage in noncompliance with the regulations imposed, or noncompliance with the open source licenses of our code. Access to these files are available at the Internal Engineering Flops.
Community
The Data Working Group's duties also include to ensure the proper use of the different BBJProjeK's services and compliance of the contract by all registered users, guests and teams of the organization.
Staff is empowered to put temporary blocks on any user activity, terminate contracts, or even to impose legal sanctions on the user. This is to force people engaging in questionable activity to pause their efforts, and to comply with the signed contract. Thus, their purpose is not to banish a user from the team, but rather to get their attention in cases of unresponsive users or limit the damage occurring in cases of incompatibly licensed or improperly usage of the products and services. Permanent blocks, and major legal issues are managed by staff and are normally imposed only after going through the process outlined in the organization ban policy, among other internal policies.
The DAWG is also in charge of removing or redacting information that cannot be distributed in the organization, even after being discussed for legal reasons. This usually stems from bulk amounts of information that have been copied or distributed while not having the proper licensure or permission. Data that have been redacted are still listed in Internal Engineering Flops, but actual information is absent. More information about the redacting process can be found on the internal subpages.

Contact in Case of Legal Issues
If you find any acts of unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, transmission, illegal public performance, rental, circumvention of copy, illegal copying from licensed sources, that are directly related to The BBJProjeK Organization, or any of their associated organizations and foundations, you can contact the Data Working Group by sending an e-mail to: data@bbjprojek.org or at legal@ragyxo.com.
Internal messages from any user of the organization to the Data Working Group will also work, but email's easier for the DAWG to deal with and preferred if possible. Remember to use your bbjprojek.org email.
For any other infringement that is directly related to The Ragyxo Foundation, you can also mail us at Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta 16, București 030019, Romania.
Try to make your report easy to process by providing specific details and supporting evidence. Rather than just "User XYZ shared this code!", supply the specific data, and other information to demonstrate that they infringe any of our policies. Depending on the scale and complexity of the issue, it may take some time before a case is resolved, especially in cases requiring an investigation by the foundation or its legal consultants to determine and strengthen a position or decision that the DAWG team cannot take by their own, or a change in policies that will need to be discussed and explained with the community at large.
Notice
The DAWG team, empowered by The BBJProjeK Organization and The Ragyxo Foundation, holds significant authority in enforcing legal and copyright protections. Unauthorized activities such as copying, reverse engineering, transmission, public performance, rental, or circumvention of copy protection are strictly prohibited and will be met with decisive legal action. We strongly advise against engaging in any of these actions against BBJProjeK or its affiliates. The consequences of such infringements are severe, and our team is fully equipped to pursue all necessary measures to protect our rights and interests.
