BBJProjeK XasPos
XasPos is a quick and convenient way to send, communicate and share information, product releases or any other message with the whole organization or a selected team within the organization. Each announcement or message is called a ticket.
Public tickets are available to everyone on the internet, and members of the organization will also get a email with the title and content of the ticket.
Accessing XasPos

In the website you can quickly review every message that has been posted to XasPos in the current month. You can also browse older months by using the hyperlinks.
XasPos is available since September 2023. You are allowed to browse all the public tickets from this date.
Posting to XasPos
In order to post a ticket, you need to be registered in XasPos, have a valid bbjprojek.org email address, and have the poster role assigned to your account by an administrator. If you have an email account, you can request this role by contacting the Operations Working Group at hello@bbjprojek.org.
When you have the role assigned, you may want to send your first XasPos message. To do so, email to the XasPos bot (xaspos.messenger@bbjprojek.org).
Private tickets
If you wish to send a XasPos message to an user privately without appearing in the public XasPos list, add the desired recipient in the cc field when redacting the email.
Encrypted tickets
Since June 6th, users can sennd encrypted tickets to XasPos. Learn more about Decrypting encrypted public XasPos messages .
Editing or removing a message
For editing an already sent message, write the same email with the same title and write the fixed/edited text.
Your unedited revision message may still be available to some users who downloaded the XasPos server data before you sent the edited message.
To remove a message, sent a removal request to xaspos.remove@bbjprojek.org. Removal requests are usually applied in the same hour when a valid reason has been justified.
