Request or Activate Google Workspace

These instructions are for team members, staff and associates who would like to request or activate their Google Workspace account (including Gmail) for the first time. Visit this website for eligibility details.

Sign into your Google Workspace account.

Activating the Google Workspace account​

If you’re a team members or an associate, you must activate your account to use it. All other eligible users should request or sign into their regular account.

  1. Claim your team key, if you haven’t already. (If you’ve had any previous role at BBJProjeK, or are a verified associate), you have already claimed a team key. If you’re an external associate, contact the team for details on when to claim the team key and other tasks you need to complete after signing up.)
  2. Go to https://bbjprojek.org/log-in/
  3. Click Manage Account & Services.
  4. When prompted, sign in with your username and password (full email if you're using @ragyxo.com or @rabbau.com domain)
    • If you are unable to login, click Recover/Reset Password or Recover Login Name and follow the steps to update your information.
    • Log out and proceed to login again to https://bbjprojek.org/log-in/ with your new password.
  5. Once logged in, click Activate under the Google Account section in Manage Your Service.
  6. Enter your password and click Submit to complete the account activation.

Requesting or signing into your Google Workspace Account​

All other eligible users can request or simply sign into their Google Workspace account to begin using it.

  1. Claim your team key, if you haven’t already. (If you’ve had any previous role at BBJProjeK, or are a verified associate), you have already claimed a team key. If you’re an external associate, contact the team for details on when to claim the team key and other tasks you need to complete after signing up.)
  2. If you have any role in BBJProjeK, you can review the link below. All other eligible users, proceed to step 3:
  3. Synchronize your team key and password. (Team members do not need to synchronize this).
  4. Sign into your new Google Workspace account.
