Mail Administrators
If you're a mail administrator, you are allowed to use additional options and configuration on your webmail page. It is available under "Administrator Settings" in the webmail main settings.
Custom Addresses
As a mail administrator, you can create secondary email addresses for personal usage, also called "alias". Remember that these email addresses are only available to use for email and you can't login your account from these addresses.
If you set your secondary email addresses as public, they will automatically added to some of BBJProjeK products, such as GitLab. You will be able to commit from secondary addresses without the need to add them in your GitLab account.
Bulk Sending
You can also send announcements to custom lists inside the organization, or to the whole organization. Note that the last option requires approval of the team.
