In the following weeks, the bbjprojek will shut down some of its internal workflow and will shut down all the android related active development, this includes:

  • ElementOS
  • PaloKernel
  • VM Core I & II. (Core III may be available until August 05, 2021).
  • TheHowardOS

These changes will make effect on May 10, 2021.

Q: ¿Can I still build ElementOS?

A: If you have the latest ElementOS source synced on your machine, you may be able to build and flash ElementOS 10 and 11 on your device, it will work.

Q: ¿Can I release ElementOS builds?

A: No, you are not allowed to distribute any ElementOS buil after May 10, 2021.

Q: ¿Can I update ElementOS on my own?

A: Despites ElementOS is closed source ROM, if you have the source on your machine, you may be allowed to make changes and update the ROM by your own and for your own. You're not allowed to distribute original or modified ElementOS ROM builds.

Q: ¿Can I still use VM Core III?

A: Yes, you can still use it until August 05, 2021. Faster that date, you won't able to access it.
